Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are factory knowing the long-term business based on quality control, price, packaging, delivery time, etc.
Q2. How many years is your faucet guaranteed?
We provide 3-5 years quality assurance.If it is determined that any defects were caused by us,the replacement or repair part will be sent in the next order.
Q3. What is your MOQ?
Faucets are 200PCS for each model, and 1000PCS for magnetic cartridge.Mixed products are also welcome to order.
Q4. Can your factory print our logo / brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on products with customer's permission.The customer needs to provide us with a logo authorization letter so that we can print the customer's logo on the product.
Q5. How is your factory's production capacity?
We have a complete production line including assembly line and quality checking. We can produce up to 20,000 products per month.
Q6. How long is your production time?
It depends on your order quantity. It usually takes us 10 to 45 days to receive your deposit.For large orders, we can catch your goods over time.
Q7. How do I get a sample?
We are honored to provide you with samples.Samples can be sent by DHL or other international courier you want.
